Erica L. Rosasco

Owner/Principal Attorney

    Erica Rosasco is the owner of Rosasco Law Group in Rocklin, California. She has received an “AV® Preeminent™” Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading independent attorney rating entity. She also has been named for the last seven years as a Super Lawyer of Northern California and as a Super Lawyer California Rising Star in 2012 & 2016, Sacramento Magazine’s 2016-2017 and 2019-2023 Top Lawyers in Sacramento and a Who’s Who Top Attorney for 2016 and 2018. 

    Ms. Rosasco represents employers in all aspects of employment and civil litigation. Ms. Rosasco litigates cases in the areas of employment law, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act actions, business disputes, and breach of contract actions. She also provides advice and counsel to employers and businesses to avoid the high cost of litigation. 

    She is a board member for the California Farm Labor Contractors Association (CFLCA) and Agricultural Personnel Management Association (APMA) and the former Chair of the Sacramento Employment Advisory Council (SEAC). 

    Ms. Rosasco is from a cattle ranching family and grew up in the central valley. She is a married mother of one active eighth grader. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts and watching her daughter compete at hunter/jumper horse shows.

    Mike Blankinship

    Partner

      Mike Blankinship is a Partner at Rosasco Law Group.  Mike helps employers navigate the complex California wage and hour landscape in all phases of compliance and litigation.  He is experienced with litigation of complex cases, including PAGA and class actions, but also provides preemptive advice and counsel including full wage and hour audits, to ensure compliance and cut off liability before a lawsuit is filed. Mike understands the unique challenges facing farm labor contractors and other agricultural employers in California and is passionate about defending farmers from plaintiffs’ attorneys so they can focus on farming.

      Originally from Redding, CA, Mike Blankinship earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Davis and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon. He is admitted to practice law in California and Oregon.

      Emily Allyn

      Senior Associate

        Ms. Allyn joined Rosasco Law Group as a Senior Associate in 2026, where she focuses her practice on defending employers in complex California employment law matters. She has extensive litigation experience across every stage of the legal process, including case evaluation, pleadings, written discovery, law and motion practice, dispositive motions, depositions, expert discovery, trial preparation, pre-trial motions, and trial. She has successfully represented clients in trials, arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, and informal settlement negotiations.

        Known for her strategic and results-oriented approach, Ms. Allyn is committed to delivering exceptional legal representation tailored to each client's unique objectives. Through thoughtful analysis and practical problem-solving, she develops creative legal strategies designed to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing risk.

        Before joining Rosasco Law Group, Ms. Allyn built a strong defense practice representing healthcare professionals and medical organizations in medical malpractice and elder abuse litigation. No stranger to representing businesses as well as individuals, she spent years advocating on behalf of physicians, physician groups, nurses, hospitals, hospital networks, skilled nursing facilities, and residential care facilities for the elderly, providing counsel in complex, high-stakes litigation. 

        Ms. Allyn received her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with concentrations in Business Law, International Law, Tax Law, and Mediation. She received her dual Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations, and in Global Studies, with an emphasis in International Peace and Security.

        Originally from Northern California, Ms. Allyn was raised halfway between Sacramento and San Francisco, giving her an appreciation for the unique character of both cities. Outside of the office, she enjoys training for half marathons and spending time with her Great Dane, Elsie, who remains steadfastly committed to perfecting the art of napping.  

        Sophia Calamari

        Associate

          Sophia Calamari is an associate attorney at Rosasco Law Group. Prior to her time at Rosasco Law Group she worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation attorney. Sophia is a part of the American Agricultural Law Association where she sits on multiple committees.

          Sophia grew up on a farm in Northeastern Pennsylvania and moved to California to attend the University of California, Davis where she received her bachelor's degree in history and rode for the NCAA D1 Women’s Equestrian Team. She received her Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.

          In her spare time Sophia continues to ride and show reining horses.

          Vivian Webber

          Associate

            Vivian is an associate attorney at Rosasco Law Group. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and her J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law. Vivian comes from a family of small business owners and understands the many challenges that California employment law presents to employers. Vivian’s litigation experience includes defending employers of all sizes against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes, including class actions and PAGA actions.

            In her spare time, Vivian enjoys skiing, traveling, and camping with her friends and family.

            Susana Alcantar

            Associate

              Susana is an associate attorney at Rosasco Law Group. She earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. from the University of California, Davis, School of Law (King Hall), where she was an active member of the King Hall Negotiations Team and the Latinx Law Students Association.

              A native of Monterey County and a fluent Spanish speaker, Susana draws from her personal background growing up in an agricultural community and in a family of farmworkers. This perspective gives her a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by agricultural employers. Susana’s legal experience includes representing clients in single-plaintiff employment and wage and hour litigation, as well as providing general advice and counsel to employers on a range of workplace matters.

              Outside of work, Susana enjoys traveling, building LEGO flower sets, and watching her favorite reality television shows.

              Jadwyn Parrish

              Associate

                Jadwyn Parrish is an associate attorney at Rosasco Law Group. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Jadwyn attended undergraduate studies in South Dakota on a softball scholarship. She later received her law degree from the University of San Diego.

                Jadwyn represents clients across a range of employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, class action and PAGA claims, FEHA claims, and OSHA-related issues.

                Outside of the office, Jadwyn stays active by coaching travel softball. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, her dog Millie, and exploring new coffee shops in her free time.

                Rudy

                  Rudy is Rosasco Law Group’s Director of Office Security and Employee Morale. Rudy has worked with the firm since 2021 and is proud to report zero squirrel-related accidents during that time period—tying the previous record. He is dedicated to ensuring that all employees of Rosasco Law Group have the opportunity to take part in stress-reducing activities like short walks and head scratches, which help them cope the demands of high-stakes litigation. He is licensed to be a dog in Sacramento County.
